Returns Policy

We sincerely hope that you will absolutely love everything you buy from us, but, in the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving the original order. Please note that you are responsible for the return postage unless an item is faulty or damaged. 

*We DO NOT accept Returns of Personalised Items, due to there very nature. If an item has arrived damaged or incorrect then please contact us and we will endeavour to fix the issue.

For all other items please contact us detailing exactly what the issue is and where possible include photos of the item.

Once place, a personalised order cannot be Cancelled, we start processing orders almost immediately once received to ensure speedy dispatch.

If you have made an error on the personalisation of an order please contact us immediately, we may be able to change it but we cannot guarantee this.


If, in the unfortunate event your item is faulty, please contact our friendly customer service team at admin@dansshop.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your parcel, who will be happy to advise you how to return the item to us.


We suggest you obtain a receipt from the post office as the item remains your property until it is received back with us. 


Please note that all items returned must be unused, in a re-saleable condition with all tags attached and in the original packing. We inspect all returns and if we believe any of the above has not been adhered to, we can return the item to you at your own cost. Our decision regarding the condition of the returned goods is final.


Please note that should you refuse to pay for an item to be returned we reserve the right to dispose of it within 28 days. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.


If you return any item, which takes the value of your order below our free delivery threshold, we will deduct the original delivery charge from the amount refunded to you - this means that your refund will be reduced by the amount of the original delivery charge you would have had to pay if your order had been below our free delivery threshold. We will not deduct any amount from your refund if the refund is due to our error or if the returned item is faulty or damaged.


Once we have received your item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email.


We will always refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
