Our Guarantee

It is important to us that you are pleased with all our products. If there is any reason why you are not completely satisfied with any product you order from us, you can simply return it to us within 14 days from receipt providing it is unused and in a re-saleable condition, in the original packaging with all labels attached and you can supply the despatch note as your proof of purchase. If after purchase, any product fails to give reasonable wear in reasonable time - due to either defective workmanship or materials, we will credit the purchase price to your account. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note:

• As the product(s) your responsibility until it reaches us, please make sure that you send the product(s) using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• We will refund return delivery charges only if product(s) are faulty, damaged or mispresented.

Delivery Charges

• All delivery charges are Flat Fee or Free , Free postage items are indicated on the product page.
  
• The more you order the less you will pay for delivery per item.
• You will receive e-mails from our website regarding your tracking information.
• In the unlikely event of loss or damage to your parcel you would be entitled to get full refund including delivery charges. See our terms & conditions for missing parcels.
